- added T to the word

PAWNING => YAWNING
- changed P to Y (it's later in the alphabet)

ALLAN-A-DALE => LADEN
- an anagram of each unique letter

Nine of Diamonds:

GRIMMER => GLIMMER
- changed R to L

Jack of Diamonds:

PIECES OF EIGHT => LIGHTHOUSE
- changed E to L in EIGHT then added HOUSE

Four of Diamonds:

EXECUTIONER => CUT
- removed CUT from the middle of the keyword (get it? removed... cut out?)

- Add an H in the second to last position to get something with warmth
